Helps to calm down and relax. When the weather changes, my legs may start to hurt. I drink 2-3 grams of glycine, dissolved in water, and the pain is significantly reduced. If I have a headache, glycine helps alleviate it too. I'd be grateful if you liked it :)

Effective for inflammation
Great solubility in water and excellent sweet flavour. I use it to reduce inflammation and joint pain, and it works quite well for me. Highly recommended for those with back or joint pain.

Reduces back pain
Before bed, I dissolve glycine in water with whey protein, glutamine, arginine, lysine, and vitamin C. It's 70% sweeter than sugar, making it easier to ingest. While glycine isn't recommended except at bedtime as it causes sleepiness, it has certainly reduced my back pain. It’s also cost-effective.
