Helps to calm down and relax. When the weather changes, my legs may start to hurt. I drink 2-3 grams of glycine, dissolved in water, and the pain is significantly reduced. If I have a headache, glycine helps alleviate it too. I'd be grateful if you liked it :)

I was initially sceptical about glycine, but an acquaintance recommended it. Surprisingly, it has made a significant difference in my chronic back pain from herniated discs and overtraining. I believe it has even improved my sleep.

Before bed, I dissolve glycine in water with whey protein, glutamine, arginine, lysine, and vitamin C. It's 70% sweeter than sugar, making it easier to ingest. While glycine isn't recommended except at bedtime as it causes sleepiness, it has certainly reduced my back pain. It’s also cost-effective.

Eliminates insomnia

It really works. I take it mid-afternoon on an empty stomach, with my calcium and magnesium pill, and when bedtime arrives, no more insomnia. I’ve taken it at bedtime, but it wasn't as effective. I have also noticed reduced gum pain after just a week. It's fantastic being able to sleep well, even on hot nights. You need to take at least 1000mg for it to work—give it a try!

Increased joint pain
The quality and ingredients are very good, but my body could not tolerate it. It caused very painful joint pain for me and my husband.
